About Me
I am the creator and lead facilitator of How to: YOU! — a 7-week Lifestyle Alignment & Behavioral Change coaching program. As a certified clinical hypnotherapist and multidisciplinary healing practitioner, I believe therapy and coaching of all kinds share a mutual destination with the words “understanding” and “opportunity”.
Through therapeutic hypnosis, energy healing, and the clarion call of spiritual and ancestral guidance, my goal is to help you develop the tools necessary to gain a greater understanding of the decisions you make and why you make them.
Techniques such as E&P Relationship Breakthrough, Reiki, the “How to YOU!” program, along with others can help illuminate opportunities that make your desired achievements achievable. Discoveries such as these can help to redefine success as it pertains to you now, and eliminate outdated concepts of happiness, regardless if your goal is vocational or avocational in nature.

What if I can’t be hypnotized?
Everyone can reach the state of hypnosis.
Hypnotherapy addresses the larger 88% of the human mind; the subconscious. That means that 12% of the human mind is conscious. This is one of the reasons why we see people “consciously” making an effort to go to the gym, and subconsciously self-sabotaging their own efforts to implement a new and healthy habit into their lives.
In session, I work with the client’s larger 88% so that the negative association that allows the self-sabotaging can be addressed and reassigned to a positive association. The extent to which it works often depends on the commitment of the client.
How long is a Hypnotherapy session?The average Hypnotherapy session is 60 minutes in length. Although it is recommended that the first session between a client and Hypnotherapist be a 90 minute session. There is NO EXTRA CHARGE for the extra time in the first session. It is an opportunity for rapport building, a very necessary part of the process.

How to YOU! is a 7-week Lifestyle Alignment & Behavioral Change Program that integrates practical habit design, intrinsic motivation science, and transformational coaching.
Through a structured curriculum of reflective exercises, purpose-driven action steps and guided coaching, How to YOU! bridges the gap between your intentions and actions, dissolves imposter syndrome and aligns who you are now with how you want to move through the world—your life instruction manual for YOU in work, relationships, and daily life.

The How to: YOU! program can be used for reigniting one’s purpose or passion for something when you feel your motivation is running low.
What if I don’t know what my purpose is?Often one’s circumstances in life can change. How to: YOU! can help to rediscover, redefine and/or actualize your purpose based on your present needs rather than the needs you may have had under previous or outdated circumstances.
